I ventured into the fantastical and sometimes pretty creepy realm of Midjourney to create over twenty unique ballgowns inspired by classic D&D monsters. As Dungeon Masters, we could use these as outfits for our players or NPCs at a luxe party or formal gala event in the game.
Feel free to take any of the images below and use them however you’d like.
The prompt I used for most of these was some variation of: a ballgown styled after a D&D [monster name] :: full body shot :: on a mannequin. These were created in Midjourney version 5.2.

Midjourney had a hard time with this one. I had to first create images of a giant rat, and then use variations of that image with the ballgown prompt. The fur headpiece and cape with the brown and black color palette is reminiscent of our classic, tavern-basement-dwelling D&D rodent enemies.
