Dark Elf Dice
I am linking all the dice and gifts I recommend today from my favorite dice store, Dark Elf Dice. I usually shop with them over other options because they have a huge variety, are fairly priced, and they are a small business, which I like to support. Two of my favorite sets are from here: My heartbreaker sharp-edged inclusion set, and my dissonant scream sharp-edged inclusion set. I love these. They are beautiful, super sharp, and colorful.
I can also get you a 10% discount off anything you purchase there. Just use this code: MALICEINNANDTAVERN when you check out.

Let’s take a look at some treasure!
Metal D&D Dice
Hollow Dragons Dice. These metal dice have the unique effect of being both molded and hollow. Dragons pattern the sides. This style has become more common, recently.
Metal Sweetheart Dice. Metal, acid green, and hearts. What a mix. We like how unusual these are.
Battle Hardened Gold Dice. These have a great patina and texture to them, and I love the edges on the D10s.
Gemstone Dice
Shattered Zircon Garnet Dice. Bright red and full of texture, the numbers on these dice are painted on, which is pretty common with gemstone dice.
Dalmatian Stone Dice. I love how unique these are. Perfect for anyone who loves Dalmatians or interesting patterns. Or a Dwarf.
Fused Art Glass Dice. These dice have stacks of beading glass fused together to create an interesting and colorful pattern.
Gray Agate Dice. I love the layers in these. They remind me of a storm.
Red Cat’s Eye Dice. If you’re a Cat’s Eye fan, you’ll enjoy these. We love the deep gradient and crisp gold numbering.
Oversized D20s
Dichroic Rainbow Glass D20. These are extra fun because you can choose the font color. I love dichroic glass. It can be a little hard to read sometimes, but dice made from this are always so beautiful.
Giant Aquamancer D20s. These have bubbles injected into them; they’re not liquid cores. I love the bubbles!
Shattered Zircon Smoke “Boulder” D20. The shattered zircon reflects light in a really beautiful way when it catches.
Silicone D20. This is perfect for those who tend to throw their dice in a fit of rage.
Glow In The Dark D20. Two different colors available give a slightly different glow color when active. The font has a bit of a distressed look which isn’t my favorite, but we all have different preferences. Besides, who doesn’t love glow-in-the-dark stuff?
Liquid Core Giant D20. Everyone loves the new liquid core fad, and these oversized D20s really show off that glitter.
Jumbo Plush D20. I love the brown and green; it’s very reminiscent of a Druid or a Ranger class to me.
Mystery Bags
Everyone loves a mystery. Check these out:
A Mystery Liquid Dice Swag Bag. Each bag comes with one set of 7 standard polyhedral dice, a D20 premium liquid die, 10 random game dice, and a drawstring bag.
Mystery Dice Dragon Swag Bag. Lots of places have mystery dice bags, but I love that Dark Elf Dice has themed variations. This one is themed after a classic dragon. Each bag comes with one set of 7 standard polyhedral dice, a D20 premium dragon eye die, 10 random game dice, and a drawstring bag.
Economical Choices
Kitty-Clacks Dice. Not only are these a little cheaper than some of the other options, they are also pink and purple, glittery, and have cats on them. I think that means they literally cannot get any better.
Rainbow Dragon Eye Dice. Another set worth having just for the looks. The D4 is my favorite.
Bulk Dice
Pound o’ Dice. Can’t go wrong here. Everyone loves to have a stash of “backup” dice in case a set starts rolling poorly. This is a great way to add to a collection economically. Definitely a crowd-pleaser.
Non-Dice D&D Dad Gifts
Fuzzy Plush D20s. A twist on the original “fuzzy dice” these D20s let everyone see your inner nerd.
D&D Phunny Plush (Red Dragon). He’s so adorable, it’s easy to forget the “real” version would annihilate an entire countryside just for fun.
D20 Plush Dice Bag. These come in lots of colors and have a zipper closure to keep your dice safe while traveling. I love that it includes a carabiner on the top so I can hook it to my larger D&D bag (Amazon).
Closing Thoughts
Dark Elf Dice has tons more than this. It was honestly really hard to narrow it down to just these. My personal favorites are the sharp-edged inclusion sets and the gemstone sets. Don’t forget to get 10% off your total order at Dark Elf Dice with the code: MALICEINNANDTAVERN.
